With the project selection process now over, the Norwegian Cooperation Programme has moved to the next important stage of project implementation. In order to guide the successful project promoters and partners along the way, this dedicated 'project implementation' section will offer practical implementation information on a regular basis and as specific needs may arise. This section will also include all the implementation-related templates. The interim report template is now available for downloading in this section, as is the Project Modification Request Form to be used whenever Article 11 in the Standard Terms and Conditions (STC) applies. Publicity Guidelines have been released and are published in the relevant section of the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. The FAQ section has also been updated to include implementation-relevant questions and answers.

The interim report template is available here. All the 'fill-in' instructions are given in red. These are to be read carefully and then deleted such that it is only the promoters' contribution that is submitted. Other reporting templates may be considered as may be suggested by the project promoters subject to approval by the relevant Task Manager. Innovation Norway reserves the right to ask for additional reporting requirements/information, function of specific project developments, on a case by case basis.
It is important to note that reports which do not comply with the relevant instructions may be returned for clarifications. This may result in payment delays. All reports shall be scanned as pdf files and sent to the e-mail addresses indicated in the relevant report section.
For monitoring planning purposes (including on-the-spot visits to check report accuracy), it is advisable that project promoters send the relevant task manager a short e-notice about a forthcoming interim report at least one week prior to planned submission date.
