Industry, research and development

On the 29th of September, Romanian Industrial Heating Technology Centre – RIHTC has been officially opened.  Speeches and opening remarks presented, awards given by the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and many participants walked through two newly built and professionally equipped buildings belonging to UTTIS and EFD.

At who to look at for the project success? At UTTIS (www.uttis.ro)  which is a Romanian private owned company set up in 1994 by a group of specialists in hot processes. And to EFD (www.efd-induction.com) one of the biggest induction heating company worldwide.
What happened and where? It happened in Vidra, which is a nearby locality some 20 km from Bucharest. One important project results is “increased production capacity deriving from more than 6 000 sqm for R&D and production facilities as well as new items of high technology equipment”.
