In order to facilitate a thorough understanding of what constitutes a successful partnership, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will organise a dedicated conference on March 13th, 2008, in Oslo.

His Excellency, Mr Jonas Gahr Støre, will attend the conference and deliver the opening speech.
The conference, which is meant as a forum for exchange of experience and partnership opportunities, targets Norwegian entities now working or planning to work with partners in Norway and abroad. As such, the conference will be of high relevance also for those entities who plan to develop projects under the Norwegian Cooperation Programme, which promotes partnership as one of its core values and as the main principle of programme operation.
The conference language is Norwegian.
