BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
As part of the European Economic Area (EEA) enlargement agreement of 2007, Romania signed up to a Memorandum of Understanding laying down the rules for the operation of one of the two financial mechanisms financed primarily by Norway but also by Iceland and Liechtenstein.

The Programme consisted of EUR 49 million worth of taxpayers' money being made available as grants for economic and social development projects in Romania covering priority sectors such as: environment, energy efficiency, sustainable production, health, human resources, cultural heritage.
As many as 29 main projects were financed, together with more than one hundred smaller scale NGO projects, most of which yielded practical results with immediate impact upon the lives of ordinary citizens. Sample results included health centres, factories, schools, renovated museums.

Aquire 500 copies from each material according to the followings recommended specifications:

The participating entities are encoureged to suggest a shape and size of post/it.
LOT 2:Packing and postal/ courier service offers for above pointed materials according to the following lsit:
1. Packing 500 pcs
2. Approximate delivery in: Romania – 170 pcs to specific address national and local levels; 130 pcs to 1 address in Bucharest ; 100 pcs to 1 address in Bucharest and in Norway 100 pcs to 1 address.
The participant entities will send a short description about their company, an indication of the time needed for full execution with and tax-free price quoatations per each alternative(LOT 1 wiht three options and LOT 2). Pls use *.zip archive to send all documents by return e-mail to

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: any individual artist/company that is legally established in Romania and qualified for the job. Offers can be made by one and the same entity for either LOT 1 or for LOT 2 or both LOT 1 and LOT 2.

DECISION ON WINNERS: estimated for 10 November, 2011
CONTRACT SIGNATURE: estimated for 11 November, 2011 (legal set-up and other legal standing papers will be requested only from the winner prior to contract signature)
PAYMENT: once upon delivery in RON to designated account as per contract
